1) Do you have BitDefender Total Security currently installed on your device?
2) If affirmative, how was your BitDefender Total Security installed: in 30 days trial status or with a promo subscription?
3) Confirm if your BitDefender Total Security subscription has already expired or not?
4) Is your device a PC, Notebook, MAC, Android mobile or Iphone?
5) Have you already created a BitDefender Central account?

1. I have Bitdefender TS installed, yes.
2. It was the 30 days trial before you gave me an account.
3. My subscription is already expired.
4. My main device is a PC
5. I'm using the account I got from you. (The account on my own email is expired)
