First of all, don't uninstall your BitDefender Total Security. It isn't needed. Secondly, in view of you neither recollect the email service that you used nor its password, a new BitDefender Central account must be opportunely created using new credentials. :!: :!: :!:

Since you still have 28 days left as per your pic and also taking into consideration that the days of promos subscription are not cumulative between themselves, I recommend you to wait until you have one or two days left when the appropriate decision should be taken.

It is worth anticipating you that there are different ways/procedures to continue enjoying your BitDefender Total Security. In this regard, to start evaluating your situation, may I know where/how you obtained your current BitDefender subscription.
