Hello Polylak, hope all is well. My bitdefender fully expired and some security things just aren't working as good without it. Was wondering if I could get a renewal. Here's some information to help out from what current happened last time.

1. Bitdefender Total Security is currently installed on my system
2. It was installed by you creating credentials for me and setting it up with the newer 3 months at a time way.
3. There are no days left on it, it is fully expired.
4. My device is Windows 10 Pro on PC
5. I have a registered account that you created for me, so you already have access to the details in our last correspondence mail

Feel free to make future renewal requests when you may deem it necessary but be advised that the remaining days that you may have in your subscription are not cumulative with those of a new subscription. Therefore and if I may, I would personally request a renewal when I have two or three days left so that your device will be never unprotected.
