Hi Polylak, glad to see this thread and thanks for providing your support to the community. May I request you to help me with getting 90-day license.
I had installed a 90-day trial earlier and it is about to end as seen in the screenshot below:
The problem is that I do not recollect the Bitdefender Central login credentials and can't reset the password either as the password would be sent to the email which I do not have access to. I had earlier registered using a temporary e-mail service and do not recollect which service was that, so I believe the same email address now can't be used to extend/renew the license?
Could you let me know what is the best option to proceed? In this scenario, are you able to extend the license for the same email ID provided in the screenshot or should I first completely uninstall and then create another new central account?

Noted and thank you for the compliments.
First of all, don't uninstall your BitDefender Total Security. It isn't needed. Secondly, in view of you neither recollect the email service that you used nor its password, a new BitDefender Central account must be opportunely created using new credentials.
Since you still have 28 days left as per your pic and also taking into consideration that the days of promos subscription are not cumulative between themselves, I recommend you to wait until you have one or two days left when the appropriate decision should be taken.
It is worth anticipating you that there are different ways/procedures to continue enjoying your BitDefender Total Security. In this regard, to start evaluating your situation, may I know where/how you obtained your current BitDefender subscription.
